How I can support you
Pre-Event Week
I can assist with building conference packages and organizing all
the event material, including production/printing and delivery with your preferred
providers.
Set-up Days
I can be your “feet on the street” at the venue, meeting with contacts
and organizing all the set-up including trade-show load-ins, silent auction displays,
conference room set-ups and special event decor.
During the Event
I can professionally manage registration tables, performers, caterers, booth vendors,etc. This will encourage smooth-running and successful events.
Post-event Days
My services can include all aspects of take down coordination and
management. I can also provide post conference reporting, if desired.

About Me
I moved to Calgary in 2006 to attend Bow Valley College. I graduated with a certificate in Events Management in 2007. Calgary is where I settled, as the city is beautiful and unique and offers amazing opportunities in my industry. This creates an atmosphere for events that always include interesting people, exciting activities, important fundraising opportunities, and wonderful experiences for employees, volunteers and attendees.
I have 10 years’ experience in the Event Planning industry. I spent 5 years planning corporate events and conferences and 5 years at Heritage Park on the Special Events team. I’ve managed large groups of both volunteers and employees (up to 130 people at a time).
I currently live in Calgary with my husband and 2 kids. My favorite pastime is reading in my big pink chair. If I’m looking for time away from the city you’ll find me driving down Route 93 heading for my favorite place in Montana.
